Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Application Support Engineer(from Bangalore) with strong experience in production support, cloud platforms, monitoring, and database handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, monitoring application health, supporting production systems, and working with SQL databases to analyze and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide incident management and application support for business-critical applications.
Perform real-time monitoring of applications and infrastructure, analyze alerts, and take proactive actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Analyze application and database-related issues using SQL queries.
Capture issues accurately and follow up on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and tracker closures.
Work closely with Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and Database teams for issue resolution.
Support production deployments, post-deployment validation, and release monitoring.




Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and operational reports using Grafana and Power BI.
Participate in on-call, shift-based, and weekend support as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Solid experience in Incident Management and Application Support.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proven experience supporting production environments.
Robust database knowledge with hands-on SQL (query writing, debugging, data analysis).
Knowledge on Python, PowerShell, automation/scripting.
Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
Candidate should be able prepare reports and able to present to the internal audience.
Candidate need to be adaptable to support in PROD issue.
