Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with 5–7 years of experience to manage accounting, taxation, and financial reporting for our contracting business. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in e-billing, GST compliance, balance sheet finalization, Tally, and advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Prepare and process e-bills, invoices, and payment reconciliations.
Handle GST compliance, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and statutory records.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial statements.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other taxation requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities during audits and assessments.




Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses using MS Excel.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a contracting, construction, or infrastructure company.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, e-Billing, Balance Sheet Finalization, and Taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
