Role & responsibilities:
Plan and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals - Across Corporate Office and to other projects of company
Manage IT infrastructure servers, networks, cloud, security systems, EPABX & CCTV
Oversee deployment & maintenance of ERP, CRM, OKR, and enterprise software
Handle website creation, hosting, SEO, CMS (WordPress), and supervise content updates
Ensure data backup, antivirus, email (Google Workspace), and system security
Coordinate with service providers for IT solutions and digital services
Prepare and manage IT budgets and ensure policy compliance
Train staff on IT systems, tools, and guidelines
Monitor IT performance using analytics tools
Implement and manage online payment systems and other digital platforms

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with 10+ yrs of experience in handling a team of IT Networking & Infrastructure specialists at Multi level locations.
Should be Preferably qualified in IT/ Computers.
Preferably experienced in IT Services / Education / Manufacturing Industries, with Multilevel system handling.
