Role & responsibilities

1) Design sleek, compact, and accurate physical enclosures using design softwares like SolidWorks/NX/Fusion 360/Catia (any) to fit complex internal hardwarelike miniature pumps, valves, and custom PCBs, displayinto a tight, user-friendly, and thermally reliable footprint.

2) Design rigid, light-tight internal structures to house our sensitive optoelectronic readers and sensors. You'll ensure these sensors are perfectly aligned and shielded from outside interference to guarantee accuracy of diagnostic readings.

3) Get hands-on with 3D printers to convert digital design to physical parts to rigorously test the structural integrity and tolerances of everything you build.

4) Transition your functional prototypes into scalable products. You will optimize CAD assemblies, prepare clean STEP files, and ensure the design is truly ready for mass production processes like metal forming,



injection molding or casting.

5) Take ownership of the physical build from raw material to the final polish. You’ll leverage your hands-on experience with machining, sheet metal work, and post-processing to ensure the finished product looks, feels, and operates exactly as intended.

Preferred candidate profile

1) B.Tech in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome, though 1 year of experience in product design is preferred.

2) Basic understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Practical experience with device fabrication, including sheet metal work, machining, and post-processing till final finished product
