Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing toonboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meetbusiness needs.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and otherstakeholders.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boardsand social media.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit andskills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relatedto employment.
