- Develop and implement quality control procedures for edible oil production.
Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods quality.
Conduct regular quality inspections and laboratory testing of oils.
Ensure consistency in product specifications such as:
Color
Odor
Free Fatty Acid (FFA)
Moisture
Peroxide Value
Iodine Value
Approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on quality standards.
