Role & responsibilities
Sales & Sourcing:
Source customers through dealers, DSA, and direct channels for used car and CV loans.
Generate leads and follow up for loan conversion.
Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and vehicle condition.
Dealer & Channel Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with used car and CV dealers, brokers, and agents.
Onboard and train new dealers/DSAs about the funding process and documentation.
Loan Processing:
Assist customers with documentation and eligibility checks.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick processing and disbursal.
Ensure timely login, approval and disbursement of files.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to internal credit policy and KYC guidelines.
Maintain MIS,



daily reporting and performance dashboards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Valuable understanding of used vehicle finance business.
Solid local market knowledge and dealer network.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and documentation.
Familiarity with financial products, pricing, and interest rate structures.

Preferred Background:
Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs dealing in used vehicle loans.
Proven sales track record in Auto or CV financing.
