Role Summary

As a Product Manager at CarWale, you will own a part of the product end-to-end and work closely with design, engineering, analytics, content, and business teams. You'll be expected to deeply understand user problems, translate them into explicit product requirements, and drive execution with high ownership.

What You'll Do Product Ownership & Execution
Own a defined product area from ideation to launch and iteration.
Take responsibility for outcomes/impact, not just output.
Work closely with the engineering team to deliver high-quality features on time.

User & UX Focus
Deeply understand user needs through data, research, feedback, and usage patterns.
Create user flows, wireframes, and detailed UX to improve user experience.
Continuously improve usability, clarity, and overall product experience.

Analytics & Decision Making
Define success metrics and track feature performance post-launch.
Use data to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and validate hypotheses.




Run experiments, analyze results, and drive informed product decisions.

What Are We Looking For?
1–3 years of relevant experience.
High ownership mindset—takes responsibility and drives things to closure.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with data and metrics.
Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centric design.
Ability to structure problems and think clearly about trade-offs.
Solid user empathy—cares deeply about solving real user problems.
