Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Allocate requirements and monitor daily recruitment activities.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions across multiple domains.
Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
Ensure quality profiles are shared within defined TATs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolve hiring challenges and support recruiters in closing critical positions.
Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and share hiring updates with management.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
Required Skills
Proven experience in managing and inspiring recruitment teams.
Strong expertise in C2H hiring and recruitment lifecycle management.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS/CRM tools.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates only.
Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience with prior team handling experience.
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Strong client management and team leadership capabilities.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
