We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Executive to support sales operations and drive business for our newly launched banquet hall in Hyderabad. The role involves client acquisition, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking within the local market.
Assist in promoting banquet packages for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Meet prospective clients, conduct venue show rounds, and explain available facilities and packages.
Coordinate with banquet operations, kitchen, and event management teams for successful event execution.
Maintain client databases, prepare quotations, and follow up for closure and payments.
Support the Senior Banquet Sales Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify recent business opportunities.

Knowledge of event and banquet operations preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or hotel sales.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
