Role & responsibilities :-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Merchandiser / Business Development Executive who will support our business by working on lead generation, data management, and initiating client conversations. The role will focus on identifying potential buyers, building the initial connection, and passing qualified leads to the Sales team / factory merchant team for further development .

Preferred candidate profile
05 to 08 years of experience in business development, lead generation or sales support preferably in textiles, home furnishing, Plush Toys
Solid communication skills (written and spoken English a must).
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable working with databases/CRM tools.
Research-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable handling data.
Ability to confidently engage in initial conversations with national & international buyers.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
