Role & Responsibilities
Deliver protected, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in the Outpatient Department.
Assist physicians during patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
Assess patients, record vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and carry out medical orders.
Administer medications, injections, dressings, and vaccinations as prescribed.
Educate patients and attendants on treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and preventive health practices.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, biomedical waste management, and patient safety standards.
Maintain OPD records, manage appointment flow, and coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care.




Monitor and maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and equipment in the OPD.
Comply with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain qualified conduct, effective communication, punctuality, and a high standard of patient service.
Manage high patient volumes efficiently while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in OPD/Med-Surg ward
