Roles and Responsibility
Manage and negotiate building construction contracts with clients and vendors.
Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Analyze and resolve contractual disputes and claims.
Ensure all contracts are properly executed, stored, and maintained.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members on contract-related matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management within the engineering and construction industry.
Solid knowledge of building construction processes and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in contract management software and tools.
