Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage and optimize Supply Chain Operations for our US-based client. This role requires hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
Work closely with US clients to ensure seamless operations
Optimize workflows and recommend data-driven improvements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
Collaborate with internal teams for process execution and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications




Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Experience in Data Analysis / MIS / Reporting / Operations Analytics
Knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics / Inventory Management
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to working in US Shift
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Preferred Background
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis / Operations / KPO/BPO
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field
Exposure to US clients / international processes is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
