Role Overview:

The Project Executive will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination related to recent store openings, renovations, and maintenance across assigned territories. This role demands close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Project Management:
Coordinate and oversee store fit-outs, renovations, and maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Vendor Management:
Identify, liaise, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Site Supervision:
Conduct site inspections to track progress and ensure compliance with brand specifications and statutory requirements.
Resolve in office issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
Budget Documentation:
Track project expenses and ensure cost control.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, contracts, and approvals.




Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with design, procurement, legal, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all projects adhere to Specsmakers brand guidelines, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in project execution, preferably in retail, hospitality, or FB industries.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
