Drive sales growth for Switchgear, Modular Switches for South Delhi region.
Manage and develop relationships with distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
Achieve targets by increasing both primary and secondary sales in the territory.
Focus on effective dealer network management to maximize market penetration.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.
Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Address and resolve service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
