Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Forecast material requirements based on project schedules.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/subcontractors for civil, MEP, and interior works.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize cost efficiency.
Maintain solid supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
Material & Equipment Procurement
Source construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for timely deliveries.
Cost Control & Compliance
Track procurement budgets and reduce wastage through effective planning.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordination & Reporting




Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align procurement with design and execution needs.
Provide regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost savings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, civil engineering, or a related field.
710 years of experience in procurement within the construction/interior fit-out industry.
Robust knowledge of civil, MEP, and interior materials.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
