Job Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment and technologies.




Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in night shifts.
Knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 is a plus.

Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Prior experience in US Staffing/IT Recruitment will be preferred.
