Required Skills & Experience
Overall 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years on Salesforce implementations.
Hands-on experience as a BA on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, unified profiles, and insight activation.
Robust grasp of the Salesforce data model (Accounts, Contacts, Prospects, Cases) and configuration concepts (objects, fields, flows, security).
Experience with CRM consolidation / multi-org or multi-business-unit programs and process standardization.
Proven requirements-engineering skills: user stories, process mapping (BPMN), functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Robust experience facilitating workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, ETL patterns).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
