Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Drive monthly MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Monitor cash flow, banking, and working capital management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Support management with financial analysis and business insights.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
4 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferably Liquor Industry.
Currently working as HOD Accounts/Finance or as No. 2 to HOD.
Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audits.
Excellent analytical,leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
