Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail - oriented PPC Assistant to support the Production Planning Control (PPC) function in our aluminum die casting manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting in production scheduling, material planning, inventory coordination, and monitoring production progress to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
Coordinate with production, tool room, quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production schedules and update progress reports.
Track raw material, inserts, consumables, and packaging material availability.
Monitor WIP (Work - in - Progress) and ensure timely movement between production stages.
Follow up on pending orders and identify production delays.
Maintain planning reports, and daily MIS.




Support inventory control through stock verification and reconciliation.
Assist in capacity planning and machine loading.
Coordinate with procurement regarding material shortages.
Help ensure on - time delivery by tracking production milestones.
Maintain production planning documents in ERP/MRP systems.
Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Required Skills
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably aluminium die casting.
Robust organizational and communication skills, routing, and production workflows.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP software.
Valuable analytical and problem - solving skills.
Knowledge in Documentation for ISO / IATF certificates.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
