Job Description
Responsible of managing end-to-end employee lifecycle in the organization.
Manage HR Operations for the employees including employee data.
Manage the recruitment plan - liaison with agencies/ recruitment team, shortlist profiles and conduct interviews.
Completely manage the payroll ensure timely payout of salaries.
Resolve employee issues with respect to leave, appraisal, salary etc being a single point of contact.
Be the owner of all HR policies, documents etc.
