Project & Technology Management
Coordinate with IT teams for business requirements, UAT, deployment, and implementation.
Drive automation and digitization initiatives.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of technology enhancements.

Analytics & Productivity
Analyze sales and operational data to improve channel productivity.
Develop dashboards and business performance reports.
Generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making functions.

Process Excellence
Review and improve operational processes.
Identify efficiency gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Establish SOPs, controls, and governance mechanisms.
Support channel budgeting and business planning activities.
Monitor project ROI and operational efficiency metrics.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA with 510 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Project Management, or Insurance Operations.
Exposure to IT projects, digital transformation, and process automation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, or MIS reporting experience preferred.
Robust project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
