Job Description :
Must have ability to drive safety culture across the organization
Proven ability to develop and enforce safety policies tailored to solar construction and operations.
Hands-on experience conducting safety inspections and audits on solar project sites.
Experience in investigating safety risks, hazards, incidents and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Expertise in designing and delivering safety training programs, including current hire orientation and emergency preparedness
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans tailored to solar projects, including emergency response protocols.
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for activities like working at heights, electrical installations, and heavy equipment operations.
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, local regulations, and company safety policies through regular audits and inspections.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.




Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety tools
Establish and test emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first-aid readiness.
Monitor safety compliance of contractors and third-party vendors working in office.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks to identify gaps and improvements
