We are looking for a agile Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in handling both IT and Non-IT hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT roles
Understand job requirements from hiring managers
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with technical panels and stakeholders
Manage offer negotiation and closures
Handle lateral hiring (IT & Non-IT)
Maintain candidate pipeline, database, and recruitment MIS
Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of IT Roles.
Experience in Non-IT hiring (Engineering & Finance, etc.)
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Solid negotiation and coordination skills
