Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, CCTV, and Internet connectivity.
Ensure high network uptime, performance, security, and SLA compliance.
Monitor network health and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
Support enterprise clients with network setup, VLANs, Static IPs, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Manage firewall policies, security standards, patching, and compliance.
Lead critical incident resolution, RCA, and service restoration.
Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and technology vendors.
Oversee recent site network deployment, validation, documentation, and handover.
Lead and mentor the Network Operations team while driving operational excellence.

Experience
812 years in Network Infrastructure / IT Operations.
Experience managing multi-location enterprise networks.
Hands-on expertise in Firewalls, WAN, Wi-Fi, ISP management, and Network Operations.
Team management experience is mandatory

Preferred
Experience in coworking, managed offices, hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operations settings.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent.
