Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in Contract-to-Hire (CTH) hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions with clients such as TCS, WIPRO, Cognizant, etc. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have valuable communication skills, and be able to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT CTH positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker/ATS.
Build a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills
1- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in CTH hiring is preferred.
Basic understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, SAP, DevOps, Testing, and Data Engineering.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in an IT staffing or recruitment company is preferred
