Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Robust knowledge of cloud infrastructure and integration techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
