Role : HR Recruiter (Recruitment Company)

Location : Ahmedabad (Makarba)

Exp : 1yr - 5yrs

Key Responsibilities:
Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company
Communicate with job seekers for matching the profiles given by the employers
Follow up with the candidates/ employers for formalities relating to joining, documentation etc.
Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services
Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
Building relationship with the candidates, clients.
Coordination for Scheduling interviews, joining etc.
Effectively using the job portals and other internal data
Team Lead experience a must in case of HR Manager

Skill requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

• Passion for Recruitment

• Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel and computer usage
