Retail Marketing Manager – Jewellery Retail

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to business growth through strategic marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

- Continuously identify and evaluate new ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing opportunities to maximize brand visibility while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with advertising and creative agencies for campaign planning, briefing, development, and timely execution.
- Ensure all marketing creatives, communication materials, and promotional activities are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage execution of retail marketing activities across all customer touchpoints.

Marketing Analytics, Insights & Coordination
- Measure campaign effectiveness and analyze marketing performance to identify successful initiatives and areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive archives and documentation of all marketing campaigns and executed activities.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Monitor and review customer footfall (walk-ins), analyze customer demographics and behavior patterns, and present monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving store traffic and customer conversion.
- Conceptualize and support in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns,



festive initiatives, and customer engagement programs.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Monitor competitor activities, social media communication, and emerging trends in the jewellery and luxury retail sectors.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to enhance website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp, SMS, and Email Marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints in coordination with management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agencies to ideate, develop, and execute digital campaigns, festive promotions, product launches, and tactical marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Consumer Brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, CRM, and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, and digital marketing agencies.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for brand building and retail excellence.
