Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the intended requirements and quality standards. The engineer is expected to navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Experience with data modeling and dashboard creation within analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to analytics solutions.




- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance application functionality and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
