We are seeking a Sr. Associate (Lead AWS Engineer) to join our Platform Engineering team, responsible for building and operating a reliable, scalable AWS platform. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting core AWS services, driving automation-first operations, and improving platform reliability. You will lead incident management efforts, reduce MTTR through automation and observability, and partner with global stakeholders during US office hours. A key aspect of this role includes designing and operationalizing GenAI use cases using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker (mandatory) while ensuring secure, governed usage. This is a highly ownership-driven role requiring technical leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement of platform engineering practices. **Requirements:** + Lead end-to-end **incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution** acrossEC2, S3, SSM, IAM, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, SCPs, SSO, VPC, RDS, AWS AI Services, and ECS environments + Design and implement **platform reliability improvements** through automation, monitoring, and architectural optimizations + Build and maintain **automation solutions** (Python/Powershell) to eliminate manual tasks and enable self-healing workflows + Enforce **AWS security best practices** including IAM least privilege, credential hygiene, and periodic access reviews + Troubleshoot and optimize **ECS/container workloads** , including scaling, networking,
