Role & responsibilities
Responsible for top 3 rejection analysis daily & update in DPMU analysis sheet.
Ontime attending line Jidoka'sand quality issues and take actions for its closure.
Responsible for review of MVP samples, Creation, Validation and Control as per defined frequency.
Responsible for control Plan Review audit, Process and Product audit and Layout inspection as per plan.
Preparation of inspection reports and sending it to customer based on the dispatch requirement (Daily and Monthly basis)
Master samples creation, validation, control for serial parts and AS07 changes.
Responsible for AS 07 documentation readiness for the customer on time.
Responsible for AS412 Escalations follow up with respective production team and actions closure.
ALIS Escalation follow up and actions closures on daily basis.
Responsible for AS15 sample submission to test lab and document updating for the same.
