Skill Sets:
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) – pipelines, data flows, triggers, and monitoring. Advanced expertise in SQL / T-SQL, including performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedures. Solid understanding of data modelling (3NF and star/snowflake schemas). Experience with Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, or Data Lake architectures. Solid knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, incremental loading, and transformation strategies. Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or dbt. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and large-scale data processing. Understanding of performance optimization (indexing, partitioning, query tuning). Experience in data governance, quality checks,



and data lineage. Ability to integrate data from APIs and handle JSON/XML formats. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD is a plus. Robust communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills. Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a technical lead, defining best practices for data pipelines, modelling, and quality. Design and maintain scalable ADF pipelines and data integration solutions. Build robust ingestion frameworks for structured and semi-structured data. Develop and maintain normalized and dimensional data models. Implement transformations using SQL, T-SQL, and data flows. Optimize pipelines and queries for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement indexing, partitioning, monitoring, and error handling mechanisms. Collaborate with backend (.NET) and frontend teams for data access and integration. Deliver analytics-ready dataset
