Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
Drive Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
Manage server upgrade, modernization, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
Lead Azure infrastructure implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
Manage Office End-of-Life (EOL) upgrades and technology transition programs.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and project status reporting.
