Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor E-Beam machines during production.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
Review dosimetry reports and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Investigate production deviations and support corrective actions.
Ensure workplace safety, conduct safety inspections, and maintain 5S standards.
Train operators and deploy manpower effectively.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime.

Engineer / Executive Engineer (Production)

Department: Production (E-Beam Section)
Location: Gujarat (Halol)
Reports To: Section Head

Job Purpose

Manage E-Beam production operations, support maintenance activities, and ensure secure, productive, and high-quality production.

Experience & Qualification
B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
23 years of experience in Electron Beam Cross-Linking operations (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply)
Knowledge of MS Office, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S
Familiarity with XL-PO, XL-PE, and other cross-linking insulation materials
Basic knowledge of IMS systems
RSO Certification is preferred but not mandatory
