Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, clients, and the project team to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within schedule.
Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain quality standards.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing and procurement.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical solutions.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Verify contractor bills and monitor work completion.
Coordinate snag rectification and final project handover.
Ensure timely completion of punch-list items before project closure.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
25 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, or retail projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and interior execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
