Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identifying current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Presentations & Negotiations: Demonstrating product value, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.

Target Achievement: Working toward and exceeding monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Reporting & Strategy: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, analyzing sales data, and gathering market intelligence.





Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuasive negotiation and presentations.

Experience: Previous experience in fire products sales, business development, or customer service.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office (especially Excel).
