Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our development team, responsible for understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable development plans. Your technical insight and solid communication skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into technical requirements.
Gather and document client requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into development plans and solutions.
Facilitate communication between clients and the development team, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that applications meet client expectations and quality standards.




Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise post-implementation.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
Robust technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
