Job Summary
As an AI Control Manager – Vice President within Client Onboarding & Documentation (CO&D;), you lead AI/ML risk management strategies to assess, monitor, and strengthen controls for AI use cases across the organization. You drive strategic control testing through advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven reviews to improve efficiency and risk outcomes across WKO and DDS. You provide executive-ready insights by translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable governance, remediation, and control standards aligned to firmwide expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Cultivate deep knowledge of CO&D;, WKO, DDS, and related control policies, procedures, and systems.



Drive technical AI risk assessments by evaluating model design, data quality, bias, drift, and failure modes. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and control standards. Own deep-dive technical reviews to assess accuracy, fairness, explainability, security, and resiliency risks. Translate AI/ML concepts into transparent risk assessments and recommendations for senior and non-technical stakeholders. Build strategic relationships with developers, data scientists, and technology teams to define control requirements. Lead control reviews using advanced analytics and data-based testing to uplift the CO&D; control setting. Oversee proactive reviews using technology tools to identify and address emerging risks and regulatory concerns.
