Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that supports the organization's business goals and enhances employee engagement.
Lead a team of training specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement.
Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance appraisals to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and performance metrics.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
Champion a culture of learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging participation across all levels of the organization.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:




10+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective learning strategies that drive organizational performance.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Preferred:
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role within the [specific industry] sector.
