Supervise and support the maintenance and engineering team.
Lead preventive maintenance activities and reduce equipment downtime.
Maintain automated production equipment, including Panasonic welding robots, MIG/TIG welding machines, SPMs, CNC benders, and press machines.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems.
Program and troubleshoot Panasonic robots and Mitsubishi Q-Series/FX-Series PLCs.
Maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, cooling towers, air conditioning systems, ACBs, and VCBs.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work logs using the engineering database/CMMS.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention standards while training and mentoring maintenance staff.
