Roles and Responsibilities :
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing IT assets in a medium-to-largeorganization, with a proven track record of meeting compliance requirements.
Unix scripting is mandatory.
Robust working knowledge of OpenText or similar enterprise asset trackingtools.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers,storage, networking, and end-user devices.
Proven Integration knowledge & experience combining business applicationsand infrastructure services
Robust knowledge in understanding business needs and delivering reportingrequirements.
Solid knowledge of web applications, their deployment.
Excellent organizational, analytical,
and problem-solving skills with strongattention to detail and compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate executively with technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management and compliance frameworks.
Experience defining & building a process; process automation and workflowoptimization within asset management systems.
Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to ITassets, such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO certifications.
