Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and safety standards at construction sites.
Verify that contractors and subcontractors comply with minimum wage laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct periodic site audits and inspections to check compliance with labor regulations.
Maintain updated records of labour licenses, registrations, and accident insurance.
Ensure compliance with Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act and other applicable labour welfare policies.
Maintain and verify all contractor records, including contracts, licenses, insurance policies, and registrations.
Ensure timely renewal of contractor registrations and approvals as per legal requirements.




Monitor statutory compliance reports from contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet legal obligations.
Ensure that contractor agreements include appropriate indemnity and liability clauses to protect the developer.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and project teams to ensure seamless compliance across departments.
Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and government officials.
