Lead the design, architecture, governance, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Agentic AI frameworks. Responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and responsible AI architectures
10+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture
3+ years in AI/Generative AI
Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP systems
Experience delivering production AI solutions
Define enterprise AI solution architecture and roadmap.
Lead discovery workshops and AI use case assessments.
Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Design conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Copilot architectures.




Design multi-agent and enterprise agent architectures using Copilot Studio.
Define agent capabilities, orchestration patterns, and conversation flows.
Establish Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and approval mechanisms.
Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Define knowledge source strategy and data grounding patterns.
Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as:
Salesforce
D365 Finance & Operations
ServiceNow
SAP
Dataverse, Etc.,
Design RBAC and Entra ID security models.
Establish Responsible AI controls.
