Store Manager IRTH (Titan Company)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
Drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention initiatives.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and service recovery effectively.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store functioning.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
4–8 years of retail store management experience.




Robust leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium retail is preferred.
