R&D; Services Sales Leader
Required Technical & Domain Skill Set
ER&D; / Engineering Services Sales expertise with strong focus on Networks (Telecom, Networking Equipment, 5G/Edge), Semiconductors, and Software Products .
Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue growth targets in large, complex ER&D; engagements.
Robust industry relationships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 customers across:
Networking & Telecom OEMs / ISVs
Semiconductor companies (Fabless, IDM, Equipment vendors)
Software Product companies (Platforms, Embedded & Systems software, Enterprise/Industrial software)
Ability to engage credibly with customer CXOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, R&D; and Product Leaders .
Experience selling end‑to‑end ER&D; services including product engineering, platform engineering, sustenance, and digital engineering

15+ years in ER&D; / Engineering Services sales, with increasing responsibility in large‑deal pursuit and account leadership

Solid consultative selling mindset —shaping customer roadmaps rather than responding to RFPs.

Solid understanding of one or more of below ER&D; value chains :
Networks : Protocol stacks, embedded systems, network management, cloud‑native networking, 5G/Edge.
Semiconductors : Silicon engineering, embedded software, firmware, validation, post‑silicon, and system integration.
Software Products : Product lifecycle management, platform engineering, cloud/SaaS, DevOps, sustenance and modernization.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and analytical skills.
