Job Requirements

This role is responsible for supporting and driving all aspects of Occupational Safety and Health across the retail network. The incumbent will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems, contractor safety programs, project safety initiatives, and safety culture enhancement across retail operations.

The role will be accountable for strengthening safety governance through initiatives such as the Tata Safety & Health Management System (TSHMS), Project Suraksha, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), safety assessments, capability building, and behavioural safety programs. The position will work closely with business teams to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and the development of a proactive safety culture across stores, projects, warehouses,



and associated business operations.

Relevant Experience : 15+ years

Knowledge:

• Understanding of Legal requirements in Manufacturing

• Understanding of Chemical, Electrical & mechanical Safety protocols

• Behavioural based safety understanding and Implementation
