Role & responsibilities:
Create educational and promotional campaigns for Mutual Funds and Insurance.
Develop Instagram posts, LinkedIn content, brochures, posters and presentations.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate events, workshops and partnerships.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Work closely with Sales and CLCB teams.
Build campaigns around SIPs, insurance planning, tax planning and financial literacy.
Support lead generation initiatives

Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly proactive with a solid sense of ownership.
Robust execution ability and attention to details.
Excellent organisational skills.
Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust research skills.
Creative thinking with commercial awareness.
Self-driven and eager to learn.
Background in Marketing, Business or Finance.
Canva or presentation design skills.
Event planning experience.
Social media marketing knowledge.
Basic understanding of Mutual Funds or Insurance.
Performance marketing exposure.
