PURPOSE OF THE JOB:-

Will be responsible for compliance of RBI 6th July circular on limited liability and submissions of complaints pertaining to Unauthorized electronic banking transactions.

Location :- Peninsula Bus. Park, Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regulatory Reporting -Will be responsible for compliance of RBI 6th July circular on Limited Liability. • Will be responsible to ensure monthly collation of data and submission on complaints related to Unauthorised electronic banking transactions, • Will be response to send daily MIS on cases eligible for Shadow credit to stake holders. • Will ensure that all the requirements received from RBI SSM (if any) and Internal Audit team during audit are responded on time.





2.CRM Analysis - Will be responsible for assessment on quality of CRMs related to unauthorized transactions are logged and closed by respective units. • Need to ensure feedback to the assessee to ensure improvement in these parameters.

3.Control Function - Will ensure to perform sample check on the closure details and Shadow credit details submitted by respective channels before submission to Internal audit team. • Will be responsible to identify non-compliance to Complaint Management processes of the bank, incorrect selection of CRM fields, and to ensure corrective action/ improvement in the area by highlighting the same to senior management and guiding the correct process
